Drew Mandl serves as Vice President, Commercial Escrow Officer, and Counsel for Chicago Title San Antonio. He brings a wealth of legal experience in the title and real estate industries. His journey began with the Fidelity National Financial family in 2013 in the claims department. Eight years of his tenure in the claims department was spent as Managing Counsel of various regional claims teams, overseeing the simultaneous resolution of over 1,000 title insurance claims at any given time. His focus on Texas-specific title issues during this time has equipped him with a deep understanding of Texas specific title knowledge. Drew is an active member of the TLTA, serving as a member of the Regulatory, Judiciary, and Claims Advisory Committees.
Drew is a licensed attorney in Texas, Colorado, and Nebraska. Prior to attending and graduating from law school at Creighton University, Drew obtained his accounting degree from Creighton University and spent a short time working at a CPA firm in Omaha, NE. He was born in Lincoln, NE, and has lived in Colorado and Florida before moving to San Antonio. Drew enjoys watching football, basketball, and golf and spending as much time as possible with his wife, daughter (4), and son (3). With his nearly non-existent free time, he enjoys attempting to golf as much as possible.
