Carlos Sanchez is an Escrow Officer driven by a passion for excellence and a personal commitment to every client he works with. With years of hands-on experience in the title insurance industry, he has built a strong reputation for navigating complex files with confidence and care, while ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Carlos earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2020. His foundation in finance gives him a sharp eye for the details that matter most in every transaction. He launched his career in 2021 as an Escrow Assistant at a fee attorney office, where he trained under two attorney escrow officers before advancing into an Escrow Closer role, managing files from receipt through close. After four years of honing his expertise there, he continued his professional growth as an Escrow Officer at a local title company, further deepening his knowledge across a wide variety of transaction types.
Carlos understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant moments in a person’s life, and he takes that responsibility seriously. At the heart of his work is a genuine commitment to people, and he believes every party at the table deserves clear communication, personal attention, and a smooth path to closing. Fully bilingual and biliterate in both
English and Spanish, he is proud to serve clients in the language they are most comfortable in.
Outside of the office, Carlos is an avid San Antonio Spurs fan who enjoys attending games with his fiancée, Tina. He is passionate about running, fitness, and healthy living, and cherishes time spent with family, including his two dogs, Daisy and Winnie.
