Robert joined Chicago Title in 2011 after working for 15-years as a commercial mortgage banker. He has closed over 4,000 transactions since joining the company ranging from small residential lots to a 170 property multi-state commercial portfolio. His primary focus is on serving the closing needs of his commercial clients which include lenders, developers, investors, attorneys, and brokers. He has closed a wide variety of transactions including acquisitions, refinances, construction loans, 1031 exchanges, portfolios, and other associated commercial transactions involving land, apartments, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, and industrial warehouses.
Robert attended Texas A&M University in College Station where he received a B.S. in Agribusiness and a Master’s in Land Economics and Real Estate. He and his wife are both natives of San Antonio, and they feel blessed to raise their two daughters in their hometown close to their grandparents. In his spare time Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, making people laugh on the golf course at his golf game, and vacationing with his family.
